The entire place was amazing. We stayed here because it’s near the river. Lots of RV spaces. We stayed in a cabin. It was clean and had everything you’d need for a comfy stay. Having live music on Friday was such a nice surprise! The pool was amazing and the food truck was absolutely delicious! The only thing that would’ve been nice is if the hot tub was open in the evening. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back for our future river float trips.

Nice little stay. Nothing crazy. Definitely misleading. This is in an extremely busy RV park. The pool is nowhere close to the cabin and shared with literally hundreds of guest. The little cabin is clean and easy but very misleading on photos and advertising as to how quaint and location to pool etc.

We didn’t realize this was an RV park. Definitely tiny but met our basic needs. The hot tub was out of order and unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so we didn’t really use the pool. Fair value for the place. Close enough to San Marcos for activities. Was not an instant booking property so we didn’t find out about our reservation confirmation until the day of- but it was a last minute reservation. Overall was a decent experience but probably won’t stay here again because of the RV park environment. Husband wants me to mention the kitchen and bathroom sinks lacked water pressure but showers were fine.

It was a very nice experience overall. The staff was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had even before arriving. They provide more than what you'll need. Your covered bathroom wise with the basics such as paper, soap & towels. Kitchen wise you have all the cooking utensils you only really have to provide your own food such as anywhere else of course. Besides that we got to enjoy the other amenities like the pool and gym. It was a very good experience i definitely recommend as a couple gateway for a few days to relax with your partner its very nice and quiet out in this location. Would definitely come back in the future.

The cabin was so cute and clean. Just enough room for a couple. The only complaints i habe is the mattress is super hard! Painful! The bed needs mattress topper to soften it. Secondly, we needed extra towels and we did not get them. Otherwise, we enjoyed a little time in the hot tub and the overall experience was good. (PS our coffee maker in cabin 1 needs to be repaired or replaced)

The cabin left little to be desired. Very dirty, nasty dog bone found under the couch stuff under the bed and lots of dead bugs and dust. Your front door is 4 feet from the main drag that never ended with cars going by.

the room was studio style- queen sized bed, kitchen and bathroom. perfect for me and my dog. there was also a dog park that allowed my dog to run leash free if he chose to and dog washing station. the pool was amazing and refreshing. the two ladies working when I stopped in were nice and lovely. I will definitely be staying here again.
