Guest Suite Near Parris Island

Perfect for families that are coming in for graduation Parris Island Graduations. This is a perfect spot to get to Charleston, Hilton Head, and Savannah. You will be paying less than a hotel. If you have any questions please let me know. Room is great for 3 people using the sofa bed but can fit 4. Pet-Friendly​ (Dogs).

Space
We have a lovely house located in a safe and friendly subdivision located in Beaufort, SC. Space is a downstairs Bedroom Suite with a mini kitchenette with a closet. The Queen bed is very comfy and the Sleeper Sofa is as well. You will have your own bathroom with tub and shower located within the Suite. The bedroom is treated like a guest suite with access to the suite through a side door to the bedroom. This suite is separated by the main house with a locked door so you have sole access to this room and bathroom. The guest suite has a TV with direct tv (Movie Channels) and Apple TV. There is also a small refrigerator, toaster​, and Keurig (Pods Provided) in the little eat-in​ kitchenette​. Please note the space is kept at 70 degrees due to the thermostat being located in the main part of the house.

Guest access
You will be given a code to unlock door on day of arrival. Access to the Guest Suite is via a walk way on side of the house. Access to the shared backyard. Have access to use our fire pit too for an evening of relaxation if you desire. I can also greet you if you need me too.

If you would like we can offer you some things to do around here. We live in the main part of the house and are available if needed and will welcome you upon your arrival if needed. We also might see you out in the backyard with our fur babies

Awesome neighborhood that is perfect to go on walks in with your fur baby. Multiple ponds to walk around and you can also fish on them.

Clean, convienent, well priced, very nice.

We stayed here 2-28-18 for Marine Graduation. If you are looking for a convenient, clean, inexpensive place this could be it. This property was exceptionally clean. If you only need space for 2-3 people this works great. It is a small space but is all you need if you are here for PI Graduation. 15-20 min to PI, close to wal mart. Highly recommend!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfy. Homeowner was friendly and offered suggestions on great places to eat. They even left a dog toy for my fur baby.

The property is a must stay, we stayed for my son in laws Marine graduation And we so enjoyed how this place is set up , everything you need and more Was great to see the two dogs out back , kids playing in the street But most important we knew that we were safe and in a quite very clean stay , this is a must stay if looking for a place for your Marine graduation Or just a quote getaway Thank you very much
