Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property owners were staying in the same area/living space. Door locks were dismally insufficient for security purposes. No disclosure about a pet on the premises ahead of time. Multiple individuals coming and going from the property at undisclosed times. The impression imparted by VRBO properties by way of television advertising is that property owners would not be present while the property was being rented. VRBO advertisement featuring Nick Saban. “Charming” is not a word to be used to describe this property. It is entirely possible that the wall paint contains lead as the physical condition of the current paint suggests at least 60 to 70 years between the last application.
