Whether you’re here for a wedding weekend, university visit, family trip, or quiet Hill Country getaway, the cottage is designed to feel easy, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for from the moment you arrive.

Inside, you’ll find a warm, well-stocked home with organic linens, fragrance-free laundry, EWG-verified bath products, locally roasted coffee, family-friendly amenities, and plenty of space to settle in. It’s charming without being fussy, elevated without feeling precious, and prepared with the small comforts that make travel feel lighter.

You’ll be close to the Square, Southwestern University, local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, and Georgetown’s year-round events, while still having the comfort of a quiet residential setting.

Inside, the home is stocked with thoughtful details: organic sheets, blackout shades, noise machines, pillow options, air purifiers, fans, a full coffee bar, children’s books and toys, board games, and generous bath amenities.


THE SPACE:

The living room offers comfortable seating, a 65-inch art-frame TV, books, games, soft lighting, and space to unwind after a day out.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from easy breakfasts to slow dinners in, with a gas range, griddle, cookware, bakeware, Ninja blender, Instant Pot, toaster, kettle, mini waffle maker, French press, drip coffee, K-cups, and locally micro-roasted coffee beans.

The dining area seats six comfortably.


BEDROOMS:

The cottage sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

Downstairs bunk room: twin-over-full bunk bed, smart TV, children’s books, toys, noise machine, extra pillows and blankets.

Downstairs queen room: queen bed, noise machine, USB charging, pillow options, extra linens, tabletop fan, and separate mini-split for custom comfort.

Upstairs primary bedroom: king bed, blackout shades, noise machine, USB charging, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, diffuser, handcrafted linen spray, and extra pillows and blankets.


BATHROOMS:

There are two full bathrooms.

The downstairs bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, hair dryer, extra towels, makeup remover cloths, children’s/baby bath amenities, and EWG-verified shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The upstairs bathroom includes a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead, hair dryer, bath sheets, hair turbans, extra towels, makeup remover cloths, and EWG-verified bath products.


FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMFORTS:

We’re happy to make travel with little ones easier. Infant items are available by request, including a Pack ’n Play with mattress and organic sheets, baby gate, video baby monitor, infant tub, and outlet covers.

You’ll also find children’s books, toys, board games, blackout shades, and a fenced backyard.


OUTDOOR SPACES:

Enjoy the private back deck with outdoor seating, a Blackstone griddle, propane, grilling tools, and outdoor Jenga. There’s also a small enclosed seating area at the front of the home, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening.

Guests also have access to free Level 2 EV charging and driveway parking for up to two vehicles.


A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:

The cottage has steps at both the front and back entrances. The primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The queen bedroom has one small step down to enter.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. No parties, events, smoking, or pets. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
