The house couldn't be cleaner or more tastefully decorated...an idyllic retreat within walking distance of Southampton Village. Perfect for a large family, kids, and guests, including the heated pool and spa. Outdoor patio area set up just right for BBQ, cocktails, reading, and/or hanging out. Host and hostess were gracious, friendly, inviting, and warm. Will definitely rent again.

About the host
Hosted by Nicholas
Owner chose this property with decades of knowledge about what location would be best to build this home.
Why they chose this property
There are several sleepy streets to walk down toward the village. We enjoy biking a lot and there is a small reserve just before town where you often see wild turkey, deer, rabbits and birds. Immediately after is the Southampton Rose garden and the new Southampton Library.
What makes this property unique
The property has great neighbors and the area is very safe. The Police and Fire stations are ½ a mile away and cars do not race by the house. There is mostly foot and bike traffic that passes by the front and the area is very quiet.
