Wonderfully landscaped property with 20 by 40 foot heated gunite pool with spa and 2 large furnished patios, one with grill and dining and one with sofas, chaises and easy chairs for sunning and relaxing. On-site parking. Walk to everything, 1 block to the terrific shops, great restaurants and cultural events of Southampton Village. Bike or walk to beach and train, short drive to Jitney.
