A 5 minute drive North will take you to Montecito and a 10 minute drive will land you in Downtown Santa Barbara. So many options!

Walk inside and take note of the sunlit Great Room filled with windows, vaulted ceilings, and French Doors. It connects to three spacious Bedrooms and three Bathrooms filled with custom carved wood accents. The real showstopper is outside on the native stone patios that feature expansive dining, entertainment spaces, and a water fall. Wonderful home located just a few blocks from the beach and 101- easy to get to SB, Montecito and Carpenteria for beach days and zoo days Fabulous outdoor space for visiting and family bbq time. Beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms were nice for two sets of adults and a toddler. Loved this home. Would stay here again!

We loved this place! Plenty of space and very private. The 3rd bathroom is on the lower level which was a bit challenging for the 2nd bedroom occupants having to use two sets of stairs. Bedroom 1 and 3 have their en-suite bathrooms.

We had a great time at the Summerland property celebrating our daughter's graduation from UCSB and Father's day.The outdoor area is everything! An Oasis of beautiful landscaping and ample comfortable outdoor seating.And the downtown area is a short 5 minute walk.Great weekend all around!

We had a great family gathering at the Summerland Oasis. It's a wonderful property, and the management company is quite responsive. We did encounter a few property issues, but the management company corrected / fixed the situation promptly upon notification. We would definitely stay here again!

Outdoor Kitchen was awesome!

We booked this place for it's location and we found it was perfect for our short stay. We could walk to the beach from the house. The house is very spacious and allowed plenty of privacy among our group of 5 adults. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor spaces: great places to play music, sit and converse or read, and preparing and enjoying a meal in the outdoor kitchen and dining space. We really enjoyed our stay.
