Loft-304 Vail – Steps to Gondola, Slopes & Ski School - ExoticDigs Collection
This recently renovated 2-bedroom loft puts you just steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, the Children's Ski School, and the Born Free Express Lift—one of the most convenient locations in Vail's Lionshead Village.
Loft-304 is part of the ExoticDigs Collection—a curated portfolio of distinctive vacation rentals in exceptional destinations, each chosen for its unique setting, individual character, comfort, and thoughtful design.
Located adjacent to Arrabelle Square, the loft is surrounded by ski shops, equipment rentals, restaurants, and coffee shops, with an ice rink and a new market just outside your door. Walk everywhere or take the free village shuttle, which stops right next to the building.
Contemporary yet cozy, Loft-304 combines the warmth of a mountain home with an open, airy design. High vaulted ceilings define the living area, while a wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a dining table for eight. Step onto the balcony for views over Arrabelle Square and toward the gondola, lift house, and ski slopes.
The two bedrooms accommodate four guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with 600-thread-count sheets and a down comforter, while the second bedroom has two double beds and a 52-inch Smart TV. The loft also includes 1.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
Despite being in the heart of Lionshead, Loft-304 has no freeway views or freeway noise—a surprisingly rare advantage in Vail.
Loft-304 is a third-floor residence accessed by exterior stairs. There is no elevator, but guests do not have to navigate long interior hallways.
Ski Rental Perk: ExoticDigs guests will receive a specially negotiated 20% discount on ski and snowboard rentals at two major equipment rental shops within 50 yards of the apartment. Even better, skis and boards can be left at the rental shops overnight, so there's no need to carry your equipment back to the apartment at the end of the day. Great location right next to ski school and gondola in Lionshead! Some issues with the front door and bathrooms are very small with some lights not working and wall decals falling off but overall a very nice stay!

Thank you Brian. I am happy that you had a good time. The door lock just needed a WD40 spray, it is sometimes hard to keep up with it due to the harsh weather. Some of under-counter kitchen lights sometimes get turned off individually by guests and then don't work when you use the main switch. I will provide better instruction on our info sheets in for future guests. The decorative wall decals in the bathroom were just recently attached and I did not get a message from the cleaning team that they start peeling off. We are always thankful to get input from guests and I will make sure that any issues will get addressed promptly. I am happy that you had a "overall very nice stay" and thank you for your cooperation on the "sticky" door lock. We hope to see you again
We enjoyed our family ski trip! The location was ideal for short walk to the slopes and back to the condo after Apres skiing. The hosts were very responsive and no issues at all with our stay. Highly recommend for a family/friends ski trip!
Excellent accommodations in a perfect Vail location.
We visited Vail for a summer wedding and were delighted with the clean, well-appointed, and wonderfully located accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed, and the location was central to everything we enjoyed most at Vail. Even with the summer art festival happening right below us, village noise was never a problem. Highly recommended place to stay at Vail.
Can't beat the location. Really fun and welcoming ambience. Well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely rent here again. Some confusion mostly on my part at check-in, but everything resolved.
You could not have asked for a better location. The hike up the stairs to the third floor with suitcases or in skiwear added to the step count however.
Great value based on location and layout. Downside is no elevator and no pool but worth the savings. We had some issues with the cleanliness when we arrived but that was the fault of the cleaning company and the property manager fixed the issue asap.

again my sincere apology for the little cleaning issue. The cleaning company had 60% of their staff out with RSV and used a temp who was not 100% familiar with the unit and cleaning protocol. We are extremely fussy about this and I don't believe there ever was a complaint in 10 years. I am glad your enjoyed our place never the less and hope you will come back. All the best
Property was right in Lionshead Village and very close to the gondola. It was very comfortable and had a lot of supplies to cook with.
Unfortunately, the one bad thing was that dryer was broken, which we didn't find out until after using the washer.

Sorry Kevin for the bad luck with the dryer. We immediately got an appliance guy out on the day of your departure and it turned out that it was just a tripped breaker at the fuse box. Hope you found the community dryer 1 floor below us.
Had a great time with my son skiing in Vail. Condo has way more than I needed, but love the amenities. Pictures are accurate, has washer dryer and full kitchen if you need/use them, but a bunch of restaurants nearby. Owner supplied excellent instructions, where things are and very responsive if you need something. I’d certainly rent again. Thank you!!
The apartment is nicely furnished and very well equipped. To the skiing area is it only two minutes to walk. The only downside is the cramped bathrooms, which have no heating. In winter time it's a bit uncomfortable.
All good except power button on washer would not stay pushed in

Thank you for your nice review. To the washer: that could happen when the lint filter was inserted upside down. Sorry to hear about this too late, but thank you for pointing it out so we can advise the next guest to turn it around.
We’ve visited Vail before, but this was our first time staying right in Lionshead, and it couldn’t have been better. The location of this rental is unbeatable—just 30 seconds from the Gondola, making everything incredibly convenient. The condo was perfect for me and my two teenage boys during our long weekend and would comfortably accommodate a family of four. While the building itself is older, the unit is well-kept, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Cheryl and Sebastian were wonderful to work with. One of my favorite features was the wood-burning fireplace, which provided extra coziness during an extreme cold spell. If you’re looking for a prime location, this VRBO is an excellent choice!
We did a ski week with our two adult children and loved the property. It is cozy and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It is in a great location close to 2 lifts. Definitely would rent this unit again. We had a problem at check-in, but it was my fault, and the Sebastian, the property manager was very responsive.
This Vail property was a great find!
It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed and more.
It was easy to get to and the location being right in the village made it easy to walk right to lifts and the center of all of the activities. Parking too!
We felt right at home would definitely go back.
Highly recommend!

Thank you Colin. Great to have you as a guest, please return any time.
Photos are very accurate. It’s a well designed, cozy condo right in the heart of Lionshead. Bathrooms are tiny, but the kitchen & living room make up for it. Great space for cooking & eating as a family. Coffee, restaurants, trail & shuttle bus right outside the door.
A very nice place that’s super convenient!!! Well prepared, very clean and very chic... Within walking distance to a rare combination of hiking, biking, dining and shopping.... We visited during the Summer and there is so much to do there!!! Please consider Vail for your summertime travel and hopefully you’ll be fortunate enough to stay at this property.

I am an Architect and Developer, born in Germany and living in Santa Barbara. My company Exoticdigs specializes in Medium size Vacation Rental properties in Los Angeles, Montecito, Vail and Mexico. All our properties are in A-1 Prime locations and have a bohemian design edge. The Loft in Vail is one of our favorite vacation homes, where we spend at least 5-6 weeks every winter.
Why they chose this property
We choose this property because of it's prime location. There is almost no other place in Vail which is more convenient in terms of accessing the mountain and being close to ski-shops and restaurants and the children's ski school. A new grocery store opened a few years ago just steps from the condo.
What makes this property unique
Everything can be reached by foot. You really do not need a car since a new grocery store is now open just steps from our apartment.. Although the the apartment is only .02 miles from the highway, there is absolutely no freeway noise or sight due to the larger buildings behind our complex.
