Hot tub was not working. My one criteria was a hot tub. I made the host aware. I tried to be easy going about it, I should have contacted VRBO and not the host. After I checked out and contacted the host again to say I was really disappointed, I was told they had ‘real issues’ to deal with. The house was spotless, which I really appreciated as a neat freak but I will not book this host again

It had an air lock issue that our maintenance tech resolved the same day you checked out (April 9th). That said, I completely understand how disappointing it was, especially since it was your main requirement. No one on our team would ever tell a guest we were “too busy” to address their concern — if that’s how our message came across, I apologize. We dropped the ball on communication and should have kept you better updated. We value your feedback and have already made changes to how we handle hot tub issues so this doesn’t happen again.
