The place was clean but dated and warm upon arrival. The view and location were amazing; but the neighbors are very close-so very little privacy and subversive was smoking so at times out was difficult to be i on the balcony due to the smell. It was decent for one night

Loved the location, comfortable living area, and cleanliness. Did have some trouble with the deadbolt that we let them lnow about. But unfortunately the bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all-- you sink into it and end up rolling to the middle if 2 people are sleeping in it. I value my sleep and it was disappointing to not sleep well. But if they can replace the mattress it would be about perfect fpr our needs.

This place was great! Beautiful views, extremely clean and really nice and tasteful decor throughout. You can tell the owners took their time outfitting this rental, super nice finishes! The building is quiet and peaceful, direct beach access, plenty of parking and location is great with lots to do in the Taft neighborhood. The Pines food cart pod across the street is awesome! Coffee at Pioneer Joe’s is a short walk away, really enjoyed that in the mornings. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the view was not enough to make up for the absolute disappointment of the accommodations. This property is in desperate need of a deep clean, a new mattress, one piece of comfortable furniture and anything that might possibly reflect that anyone gave any thought to the comfort of their guests. Badly done. Do not recommend.

We recommend changing the mattress out as it was too soft and the pillows were too hard. Also, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. Otherwise we loved our stay. The furnishings were nice and it was nicely decorated. Towels were nice!!

We had a very nice stay! It was clean and the pictures are accurate. The balcony had really nice rocking chairs too. You cannot beat the view and the access to the beach. It’s a cute neighborhood with great coffee shops and restaurants. We’d come back for sure!
