The finca has been in our family for centuries, the history of its origins lost in time. Recently renovated, the traditional Ibicenco farmhouse and guest house offer modern luxury while retaining its antique charm. Sabina ceilings & thick stone walls combine with polished microcement floors, walk-in showers & a fully-equipped kitchen. Relax by the pool on one of the chill out terraces & enjoy the panoramic view of the countryside. Can Can Xo is ideal for families or anyone seeking a peaceful quiet getaway.

Main house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.

For your comfort: cleaning 3x/week, linen, bath & beach towels provided. AC, satellite tv, wi-fi, Bose ipod dock, Nespresso machines, washer, dryer, hair dryer. Baby cot & high chair available.

Tres agreable sejour au milieu de la campagne a Ibiza

La villa est situee a 2 km de Sant Josep (il faut prendre la voituire pour y aller) au milieu de la champagne, au calme! La villa est agreable a vivre, recemment renovee, tres bon service de l agence de location qui la gere, belle piscine...l eau etait bien chaude cet ete...environ 30 degres! Pour faire les courses, il y a tout ce qu il faut a Sant Josep : une bonne boucherie, une bonne poissonnerie, une bonne boulangerie et des petits supermarches pour le reste! Toutes les chambres sont equipees de la climatisation et de ventilateurs...donc pas de probleme meme lors des grosses chaleurs que nous avons eues en aout 2017!

Sehr schönes renoviertes Bauernhaus

Das renovierte Bauernhaus liegt wunderschön ruhig auf dem Lande. Die Strände und die Hauptstadt sind nicht weit entfernt. Auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen gibt es verschiedene gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Unser Favorit waren die Liegen am Pool. Ein großer Garten umschließt das Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A super, beautiful, clean, cool and trendy finca.

we stayes with 4 couples in this finca and we had a great time! The pool, the view, the interior of the finca is really nice, you don't wanna leave this house.. The kitchen is very well equiped and the beds and bathrooms are very comfy.

Buiten de drukte maar toch zo dichtbij alles in het hart van Ibiza . Enige minpunt slechte WiFi

Mooi ,comfortabel ,terras ietsje te klein voor 8 pers. Boiler warm water ook te klein. Sluiting van de finca is tijdrovend met heel veel verschillende sloten en sleutels. Voor ons alleszins een meevaller

Charming Ibiza

Our family is enjoying holidays in Ibiza since 20 years renting houses in different area of Ibiza. We were changing houses every year since we met Can Guerxo. An amazing inland typical "casa payes". We rent this house every year for more than six years and will definitivly continue to do so !! It's a very charming stone houses renovated few years ago with a lot taste. The location is also very interesting in terms of beaches, the best restaurants of the island, San Jose commodities, the very charming village of San Augusti.... we are in love
