Trip advisory for US travelers. No HVAC. It was warm for us 79 degrees in the unit. The host tried to help us with additional fans. Would not be an issue 10 months of the year or if it were not such a warm summer. Great location near the Gran Plaza with access to restaurants and shops.

While rooms were clean and beds were comfy, trying to reach the host was virtually impossible. When we checked in, there was a combined half a roll of toilet paper, no face cloths or hand towels, no paper towel and far from a stocked kitchen with teas (2 tea bags). The outdoor furniture was no longer there, the AC was only possible in one area, the water from the taps was barely a drizzle and there was no shower curtain. That meant it was a hand shower and water went all over the floor which explains why the bathroom smelled of mold and bleach. The taps in the tub leaked and water barely came out of the shower head. The WIFI was also terrible so most of the time the TV didn’t work. It was so bad and inaccurate from the description, we called Vrbo and even they couldn’t get ahold of the owner. The only positive thing I can say about this space is the location in Grand Place. So if you are looking for a basic place to go and party in Grand Place, this is for you. Otherwise, please don’t go here, learn from us.
