Welcome! I’m Jeannine. For years, my family and I have been chasing the Florida sunshine, raising our four kids on magical Disney trips and pool days. Looking back, our absolute favorite vacations were the ones where we didn’t have to sweat the small stuff—where the house just worked, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.

That first-hand experience is the heartbeat behind my "Heartfelt Home" philosophy. I have a deep (some might say obsessive!) passion for organization and function. To me, a heartfelt stay means you never have to go hunting for a corkscrew or wonder where the extra linens are hidden. From a meticulously stocked kitchen to the little comforts like charging ports right by your pillow, everything here has a place and a purpose. My goal? Less time "figuring out the house" and more time making memories with your favorite people.

When we aren’t splashing in the pool, we love exploring our favorite local gems. If you’re craving a cozy night in after a long park day, you have to order from Pizzano’s Pizza & Grinderz—it’s our absolute go-to!

For a beautiful change of pace, head over to Northeast Regional Park. It’s a gorgeous 83-acre lakeside oasis just minutes away that truly has something for everyone. You can stroll the scenic walking trails along Lake Davenport, let the kids burn off energy at the shaded, nature-inspired playground, or challenge each other to a game on the lighted tennis, basketball, or racquetball courts. There’s even a boat launch and fishing dock if you want a quiet morning by the water. It’s the perfect spot to hit the reset button and soak up the sunshine away from the theme park crowds.
