House was clean. The house was hot especially the upstairs. Our family had trouble sleeping because of the heat. The VRBO listing said we could check in at 3:00, but the host said we couldn’t check in until 4:00. The outdoor patio was dirty and the furniture had not been cleaned in a very long time. One of the tall kitchen chair was very wobbly and could collapse at any minute. The house is in close proximity to Walmart and many nice restaurants. The house seemed to be in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe there.
