Just steps from the Water Taxi to Downtown Seattle and Alki Beach Pier, and minutes to Junction and Alki Beach.
Enjoy morning coffee + tea on the private patio, and fast wifi. Ideal for families or small groups looking for comfort and convenience in a vibrant neighborhood. Make yourself at home!

First Floor
- Living room with Smart TV, air conditioner/heating, and board games.
- Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, cooking and baking essentials, coffee, and tea.
- Half bathroom off the kitchen.
- Dining table with seating for four.
- Sliding door to private patio.
Second Floor
- Primary bedroom w/ view of Downtown Seattle and Puget Sound, queen bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, private toilet, and standing shower. Room darkening (not blackout) shades on all windows.
- Secondary bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Shades on windows except one small window without a shade.
- Second bathroom with tub.
- Air conditioner/heating in both bedrooms
- Washer and dryer with laundry detergent.
🚶♂️ Walking & Shuttle Access
- 15‑minute walk (0.8 mi) to the West Seattle Water Taxi at Seacrest Park, providing a smooth 10–15 min ferry ride to downtown Pier 50 and easy shuttle connections to Alki Beach.
- FREE West Seattle shuttle buses (775 & 773): Route 775 runs between Seacrest Park (water taxi dock), California Ave SW, Admiral District, Alki Beach and back to Seacrest Park for seamless first/last-mile service. Route 773 runs between Seacrest Park and West Seattle Junction.

- While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

- The home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be strictly enforced.
- Strictly NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises ($500 fine), including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes when entering the home.
- NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
