Great location and quality property!
My husband and 4 children recently stayed here and loved it! The beds were comfy, the kitchen and outside grill were great and I loved having a washing machine and dryer! It’s great to have a parking spot that you don’t have to worry about finding and having your own front courtyard was perfect to keep an eye on the kids. Loved having the privacy of a single house without shared walls. It’s a close walk to the beach and it felt like heaven! Clark was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. It’s definitely one of our favorites and we’d love to stay here again.

Stayed over new years. The location was excellent. The house was great for three couples. Kitchen and grill were excellent. The family room was very comfortable

Wonderful Time in Sunny San Diego for the Holidays!
Location! Location! Location! My family spent the holidays in San Diego in this wonderful three bedroom, two-bath bungalow in the ocean side of the Mission Beach. This rental is in a quiet neighborhood, and being a stand-alone house, we were able to enjoy the serenity of not having neighbors above or below us. The beach and boardwalk are an easy stroll of approximately 50 yards; a local coffee shop, a market, other stores lie within two blocks of the property. Belmont Park is also within walking distance. The furnishings are well-appointed and comfortable. The appliances are all new. The added bonus to the property is a parking space in the back of the house. There also is a small garage that has a washer and dryer and space to secure rented bikes. After a day of exploring San Diego, it was nice to know we did not need to search for parking. We were the first clients to rent the property after a recent remodel and expected a few glitches, but none arose. The owner, Clark, willingly provided information on “must see” tourist attractions. He was friendly, approachable, and very down-to-earth. He resides nearby, so he is available to resolve any issues that might occur. If a return trip to San Diego is in our future, we would surely rent this property again.
You and your family were wonderful. The place is yours whenever you want. You left it in better shape, too.

Belmont park is a 10 minute stroll. It features a 80 year old roller coaster and many other rides for adults and children. Ice cream parlors and many restaurants, too. Shopping for beachwear is available, also. The park will soon open a fitness and swimming pool in 2019.
