Historic 4 BR & Walk to Dogfish Head Brewery!
Large lush fenced yard, 1st floor master bedroom and a walkable town! Welcome to the Lank House—an 1876 Milton landmark just 3 blocks from Dogfish Head Brewery and several restaurants, 2 public parks, fishing, the Milton Theatre and the Library. On Wednesday evenings you can catch live music in the park near Irish Eyes and The Dough Bar. It's a short drive to Broadkill Beach (10 min), Lewes Beach ( 20 min), and Rehoboth Beach (30 min). This 2500 sq ft charming home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (bonus mini-kitchen on 2nd floor). The 1st and 2nd floors can be used as totally separate spaces since there's a door to close off the 2nd floor if desired. Enjoy historic charm, central air and room to run! Mommies get complimentary bottle of red or white wine, just let me know!
