Gorgeous completely renovated oceanfront three bedroom

Completely renovated! All new floors, kitchen, bathrooms and much much more!

This is a end unit located on the 8th floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is an oceanfront unit and offers south, north and front views. The balcony spans across the entire front of the unit, with access from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. The pool is in perfect sight from the balcony of this 8th floor corner unit, which is always a plus.

There is a King bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the first guest room and XL twin beds in the second guest room.

There is, also, a full laundry room, and a new hot water heater and air conditioning/heating system.

There is Wifi in this condo along with 4 new TV's.

Both bathrooms are new, with the master having a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom having a tub/shower unit. The Kitchen is newly completed remodeled. There are all new tile floors throughout the unit, along with new furniture in the dining room, living room and kitchen. The entire unit is freshly painted.

The Apollo is located at the southern part of the beach and is close to shopping, dining, movies and the hotels. The property offers a heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, covered parking, fitness room and a restaurant with inside and outside dining.

There is a registration due upon arrival at the Apollo management office, 2 car maximum per unit

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
