I dont even know where to start. Ive never gvn a bad review but this will be my first one. Air conditioner unit didnt work. It was 3 of us and 2 of the guys ended up moving out before our time was up and just sacrificed the money they put up for the place. The dryer didnt work and the property manager they hv knew it didn't work before we got there. House is old but will be great once they fix it up. Still hv alot of work that needs done.

Location was great as we were in town for our daughter's soccer senior weekend and wanted to be close to campus and the athletic stadium. The house offered the space and sleeping arrangements we needed. There were not many "extra" amenities and I needed to request more TP (was given a small starter pack) and was not able to get more so had to buy our own. Overall, the house needs work...peeling paint on walls, doors and door frames. Daddy long leg spiders were plentiful in one of the bedrooms upstairs, the AC unit was not working well, and the shower downstairs was very low on water pressure. The house is on a busy road so a sound machine may help those who don't sleep well in those conditions. There were no sound machines provided. No hair dryer either...just some of the little touches that are in many other VRBO rentals I have been in.
