Located just a short walk away from downtown, this charming house features five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 12 people. The dining room can only sit 6 people, but there are ample seating both indoors and out, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Each of our 5 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep.

For those who love to cook, our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. And when it's time to wind down, the firepit is the perfect place to gather around and enjoy some s'mores or simply chat with friends and family.

During your stay at our place, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property. The house will be entirely yours, and no one else will be staying there during your stay. This means you'll have complete privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm at 11:00 PM the night before your arrival.

♥♥♥ House Rules ♥♥♥
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ No parties and illegal substance. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
★ The neighbors are our friends. Please respect them by observing the quiet time -10 PM to 7 AM.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. We kindly request that you wash any dirty dishes and take out the trash on the day of your check-out.
★ Please check out by 11 AM. Late check out may result to $50 per hour fee.
★ Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
→ Keep off all furniture and bedding
→ Must be house trained
→ Pick-up and dispose of all waste
→If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements

♥♥♥ Safety ♥♥♥
→ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway, and one camera facing the backyard. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation.
All cameras are at the front door and backyard for the safety of ourselves and our guests. No cameras inside the home.
→ Must be at least 21 years old to book.
→ Not a requirement but names and identification may be requested by the host.

♥♥♥ Things to Note ♥♥♥
It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If you will be bringing 2 or more dogs, we kindly request that you inform us by sending us an inquiry.

Renter Agreement needs to be signed. The PDF version of the Renter Agreement is available for you to read during the booking process and before your reservation gets finalized. If you have questions, just let us know!

✓ Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% for the amount that was already paid and amount that will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation policy. (3.99% for the initial payment and 3.99% for the amount that will be refunded) .

→ As we're located in the South, you may encounter palmetto bugs, but we have regular pest control. Keep doors closed to help prevent any issues.
