If you looking for a modern, relaxing and huge yet beautiful place to spend your holiday in Bali, Villa Kahala Twin is perfect for you. We can host up to 12 adults comfortably. Located in Petitenget area, the hip and modern corner of Seminyak that is famous for its foodies", beach lounges and clubs (W retreat & spa, Potato Head, Mirror, Mint...) you will find our charming villas nestled in a small street with barely 2 minutes walk to the main street. This villa offer you a nice and simple design for your hideaway.

The is brand new with modern minimalist design and will provide you with a relaxing, peaceful and private atmosphere. We are only a few minutes walk from all the Petitenget and Seminyak action where you can find the best dining, night clubs and shops that Bali has to offer. And on top of all that, Petitenget beach is only about 10 minutes walk from the villa through a short cut that takes you right in between famous W retreat and Potato Head Beach club! You can't dream of a better location!

The villas have :
- 2 fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, large fridge, freezer, dishes and cookware, mineral water dispenser, etc.
- 2 dining area with table and chairs for everyone.

- 1 connecting door in between the villas to easily access both villas at all times.

There are 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom in total. Each rooms are equipped with 1 queen size bed, wardrobe, safety box and we can add 1 fold-able bed(for 1 extra person) in each bedroom when there is more than 8 pax in total.

All bathrooms have hot water shower, His & Hers sink complete with towels, soap and shampoo.

The outdoor area is complete with a sundeck and few bean bags for you to lounge around our beautiful and private pool. In total, you will have access to both pools and sundeck for more space!

The guests have full access to the villa at all times during their stay with us.
The way from airport usually takes around 30 minutes (depending on traffic). If you are using our transfer service, the driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name. We will welcome you at the villa and give you a quick tour. We will be the one taking care of you during your stay so don't hesitate to contact us via the number or email provided if you have any request. Otherwise, if you don't need us, we will simply give you privacy and let you fully enjoy your trip in Bali.

The villa is fully staffed with our wonderful housekeeper and our garden and pool maintenance staff. If you need anything, the housekeeper will be there everyday to assist you but they also know how to give you your privacy.

Breakfast can be organized daily, it is at Rp 60 000 for a full breakfast set per person. Just inform a day before and we will sort it out for you.

We are always be happy to help you with booking any activities, excursions, scooters, car, boat tickets etc... Along the years of experience, we developed a network of partners and can therefore offer you everything you need at the best price! Note that although the villa is originally equipped for 8 people, we can also host 4 extra persons for an extra charge of $25/night/person. Sleeping arrangement in that case will be a fold able bed each. It shall be placed 1 per room as per needed. Towels will also be provided for them.

A few minutes walk away also from popular restaurants like The Butchers Club Burger (best burgers in town), The Holy Crab, Taco Casa, Smokehouse BBQ Bali, Merah Putih etc. If this is not enough for you, the famous "food street" of Seminyak (Jl Kayu Aya) is just a couple of minutes away by motorbike or Taxi. You will find there a wide selection of the most notorious restaurants in Seminyak where you can discover delicious local specialties as well as international food: Ultimo, Rumours, Trattoria, Char Char Bar and Grill are some of the many restaurants you will find there...

Petitenget beach is also a short walk from the villa so you can enjoy spending the day there followed by beautiful sunsets in the trendy spots like Potato Head, W, Mozaic beachclub where the atmosphere, the music, the drinks and the sunset view make them the perfect spots to end the day... 10 min. walk to Pepito supermarket.

You can pretty much find anything you need walking distance from the villa, such as a supermarket, money changer, pharmacie, spas, boutiques etc...
