Charleston Charming Chic DI Loft Getaway


Just one mile from downtown Daniel Island, the stadium, stunning beaches, waterfront dining, downtown Charleston, and a variety of local restaurants, you’ll find yourself at the center of everything—yet still enjoy the quiet and privacy of a serene neighborhood setting.

The apartment is situated separately from the main house and is located on the 2nd floor, measuring approximately 525 square feet.

Parking is included, as stated in the house rules. We have public parking available on the street directly across from our house, with multiple spots (park on the left side) available directly in front of the main house (Orange Southern Charm). You can park in the driveway to unload, if needed.

Easy walk to credit one stadium for a concert. The rental was perfect and exactly as described. Very safe and easy to access with the double layered coded doors to the loft apartment. Would certainly recommend to a friend.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The water pressure was perfect and the owner was super nice. However, the room was extremely hot and we had to make a trip to Walmart at 10pm to buy an AC unit to be able to stay and sleep. Besides the heat and 300 that had to be spent, everything else was top notch. The location is between the 3 main cities which was very convenient! Unfortunately due to the extreme heat and temperature inside, I would not be able to stay here again.

During your stay, the Charleston area was under an extreme heat advisory with unusually high temperatures and humidity. While our air conditioning system was operating properly, residential HVAC systems can struggle to maintain temperatures in the low 60s during these exceptional weather conditions. We take guest comfort seriously, and while we haven't experienced similar concerns from other guests, we appreciate you sharing your feedback. This property is a gem: Great location on Daniel Island in a beautiful neighborhood, easy access, super-clean and well-appointed. Everything you need for two people with the extras that make it feel like home: comfy bed and pillows, extra blankets, fluffy towels, pour-over coffee setup for morning great hosts. We'll be back!

Our stay in Jaime's Loft Studio could not have been more accommodating! His Charleston neighborhood is most charming and welcoming. Our host was gracious and kind making himself available for any issue that might come up during our stay. We unfortunately had mechanical issues with a vehicle to which Jaime went out of his way to assist. The guest loft itself was most comfortable, attractively decorated, spaciously arranged as well as neat and clean. Jaime's well stocked kitchen had every appliance one could possibly need and more! My husband & I plan to visit this endearing city again in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to once again stay at Jaime's home!
