Charleston Charming Chic DI Loft Getaway


Just one mile from downtown Daniel Island, the stadium, stunning beaches, waterfront dining, downtown Charleston, and a variety of local restaurants, you’ll find yourself at the center of everything—yet still enjoy the quiet and privacy of a serene neighborhood setting.

The apartment is situated separately from the main house and is located on the 2nd floor, measuring approximately 525 square feet.

Parking is included, as stated in the house rules. We have public parking available on the street directly across from our house, with multiple spots (park on the left side) available directly in front of the main house (Orange Southern Charm). You can park in the driveway to unload, if needed.

This place was perfect for me and my two friends for a long weekend in Charleston! The location is great, it is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy driving access to downtown Charleston and the beach! The host was great, very kind and welcoming! This property is a gem: Great location on Daniel Island in a beautiful neighborhood, easy access, super-clean and well-appointed. Everything you need for two people with the extras that make it feel like home: comfy bed and pillows, extra blankets, fluffy towels, pour-over coffee setup for morning great hosts. We'll be back!

Our stay in Jaime's Loft Studio could not have been more accommodating! His Charleston neighborhood is most charming and welcoming. Our host was gracious and kind making himself available for any issue that might come up during our stay. We unfortunately had mechanical issues with a vehicle to which Jaime went out of his way to assist. The guest loft itself was most comfortable, attractively decorated, spaciously arranged as well as neat and clean. Jaime's well stocked kitchen had every appliance one could possibly need and more! My husband & I plan to visit this endearing city again in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to once again stay at Jaime's home!
