This stylish two year old modern rustic home located just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge is perfect for those looking to enjoy the splendor of Blue Ridge and Elijay, seeking an emphasis on modern over rustic. Some features include three fireplaces (one outside), large outdoor space, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, wooded (and creek) views, paved road and driveway, two private bedrooms, and a second living room complete with a bar. Please note, $50 of the $150 cleaning fee is reimbursed after checkout if nothing is broken, checkout instructions / house polices are followed, and the home is left in overall excellent condition (clean, tidy, and does not require excessive time for cleaner to prepare for next guests).
