Freshly renovated and thoughtfully designed, this condo offers a true home-away-from-home experience. Inside, the living space features calming, neutral tones that create a relaxing atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances, while the cozy living room is ideal for winding down with the 65" Smart TV (streaming available with your own login). Bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, including USB charging ports built into the nightstand lamps. The home comes stocked with an initial supply of essentials including paper towels, trash bags, K-cups, pantry basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray), toiletries, and laundry/dish supplies. Step out onto the back patio and enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book in this peaceful setting with unobstructed views of Ventana Canyon. A perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and natural beauty awaits.
The home, which backs up to the Santa Catalina mountains, is conveniently located just 20 miles from Tucson International Airport, 11 miles from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and only 10 miles from Tucson’s city center. Step outside for easy access to the Ventana Canyon Trailhead, or simply relax with nearby golf, dining, and shopping. Speaking of dining, be sure to visit the numerous upscale restaurants nearby, such as Fleming's Steakhouse, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, or Firebird's Wood Fired Grill, for an elevated dining experience. If a quiet meal at home sounds better than a night on the town, many local restaurants also conveniently deliver through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
While in the area, be sure to visit The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, a 98-acre experience that functions as a zoo, botanical garden, natural history museum, art gallery, and aquarium dedicated to conserving and celebrating the Sonoran Desert. The Old Tucson Theme Park, Mission San Xavier del Bac, and Pima Air & Space Museum are also a must! Wine and beer lovers will enjoy numerous local breweries and the acclaimed vineyards of Sonoita and Elgin, offering exceptional tasting experiences. For outdoor enthusiasts, Ventana Canyon Trailhead is a must. Hike 4.7 miles to the beautiful Maiden Pools or challenge yourself with the rugged 12.8-mile trek to “The Window.” If waterfalls inspire you, head to Sabino Canyon’s Seven Falls Trail, where seven cascading falls and breathtaking views await on an 8.2-mile moderately easy hike.
(Note: Mail delivery is not available. An additional $168 cleaning fee applies for pre-coordinated stays longer than 1 month.)

About the host
Hosted by Tracy Van Gorden
My husband and I have really enjoyed the experience of restoring tired homes and refreshing neglected landscapes. Whether lodging for business or pleasure, we have always appreciated the personal, comfortable, and thoughtful design that went into those locations so we strive to design our properties to provide that home-away-from-home experience as well.
