* We do not have a dishwasher, so please wash all your dishes before checking out. Leave them on the counter for our cleaner to put away for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding.
* Please turn off the AC when leaving to help us keep rates affordable.
* Please take out the trash upon checkout.
* Please strip the linens, towels, and sheets, and leave them on the bathroom floor for our cleaner.
* Late check-outs may be available for a $100 fee (subject to availability).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
