Lovely space, comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, amazing and convenient location for local shops but also to get into city. Smooth to get in and out of apartment. Perfect for girls weekend (5 of us).

Great place for a couple and 2 friends directly across from Barclay Center. There was an issue with patio door and was fixed within a day. The location tho is not on Clinton street as originally stated. Other than that a fabulous experience and would def recommend.

Gorgeous Penthouse in a fantastic Location! Well equipped with everything you may need for your business or pleasure trip. The only thing I would strongly recommend is hanging some dark curtains in bedroom windows because it is very bright. For those who have light sleep and need total darkness, this may not work for you.

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed — plates, glasses, utensils, and more. The laundry machines were a great size (especially for New York), and the space was spotless. The only downside: the unit only came with two fobs- we had five people in the space, so someone had to take the elevator down to let others in.

This is an amazing penthouse in Brooklyn. The place was clean and well maintained with beautiful updates throughout the home. It was so easy getting around the city due to the subway being nearby. The host is responsive and check-in was easy. Laundry in the unit is also a huge bonus along with the patio spaces. So glad we stayed here for our family vacation!

Much to like about this place. Truly a penthouse suite. Elevator takes you right to the apartment. Great views of Brooklyn. Easy to to get in and out. Comfortable beds. Listing is a bit odd, so make sure to confirm the address with the owner. Also, rooms could use blackout curtains. It gets light very early, and there are tons of windows.

The unit was beautiful. It was very comfortableFor our family We had 5 adults and an infant. Having 3 bathrooms and laundry facilities was very helpful and convenient. The host was very responsive to any concerns we had. He communicated in a timely manner and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The close proximity toThe Barclay center would make this unit great if you are attending an event there ! We were there for a short stay. But the full kitchen is well stocked if you decide to eat in.

Might be good to have a book of house rules and how everything worked. We’re pretty good at figuring things out, but it felt weird to keep asking the host questions. Response was great at first, but then dropped off. A book with details might solve this. Beautiful place and great location.
