Our 3,650 sqft home nestled on 5 acres of wooded privacy, is bathed in sunshine and overlooks the valley. Enjoy your PRIVATE pool, hot tub, and expansive deck, or shoot pool on a certified championship table in the recreation room where a large TV and Xbox OneX are also available. Ping pong in the garage is also available.

If you enjoy a bit of the wild, sit quietly while the deer and wild turkeys roam the property. Perhaps lawn games like croquet, badminton, or bocce ball are your preference? Like ping-pong too? This house has it all with so much to do that you'll never want to leave.

If you need to do some work while away you can maximize your time in a quiet office with wet bar and high speed wifi. Or just lounge on the leather couch and watch satellite, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime all day.

This house is perfect for family reunions, girls/guys weekends, couples, and groups with kids. Nearby activities include hiking, biking, swimming in Pinecrest or New Melones Lakes, wine tasting, white water rafting, boating, camping, and more.

The house is well equipped for all of your cooking and recreational needs. We use this home frequently ourselves, so we've strived to provide all of the creature comforts for our guests that we also enjoy, including towels for the pool, hair dryers, and extensive kitchen supplies.

Lovely house in Sonora, CA

Great place, very clean, well stocked. Perfect for a family or 2. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever happen to go to Sonora again, we would stay at this house.

We stayed for a week and barely left the house

A wonderful, quiet mountain spot for a family retreat. With the combination of pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, games, TV, great kitchen, etc we were able to have a wonderful family vacation with plenty of space and activities.

Beautiful home

Our family enjoyed a fun and very relaxing vacation in this beautiful home. The pool was perfect. The home provided plenty of space and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The game room was fantastic too.

Lovely family reunion

We gathered three generations to enjoy my sister’s visit from England. The hot weather was no problem as we had the lovely pool and huge shade umbrellas. The kitchen and all the amenities were perfect for large and small Meals. Really a great place

Lovely getaway

This was a great respite for a close getaway. Lots of things to do at the house. Loved the visits from the wild turkeys and deer. And the hot tub was great at night. The house is well lived in - with everything you need.

Nice House In the Foothills

Our small social bubble had a fine few days in the Sierra foothills. The house was within striking distance of both Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley ski areas. It is well appointed, with everything needed to prepare meals and relax. It is a quintessential vacation house.

One of the best rentals. Everything is supplied.. have never seen a place so well equipped almost like being at home, even items for our dog. The cleaning crew gave us a spotless home and questions were answered in a very timely manner with easy checking... 1st class rental

Wonderful Vacation Home

This home was spacious and had everything we could ask for. We spent 4 days there and only left once to go to Sonora for dinner. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might have forgot to pack. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The kids had a great time. We loved seeing the wild turkeys along with a doe and her little one. It was very peaceful and my husband said that this is the best place to return to every summer. Veronica, the host responded very quickly if we had any questions.

Beautiful mountain getaway

What a beautiful setting! This is a large comfortable mountain home with lots of room for our three generations of family, nine of us. The beautiful pool and attached hot tub occupied us for many hours! The game room and ping pong in the garage were a hit. Lots of “extras” provided. It’s very private. Thank you for sharing your home!

Another Great Vacation!

This was our second time to vacation at this home so we knew what to expect. Again, it didn’t disappoint!! The house and property had everything to keep a 3 generation family happy and busy for the week. The property has an elegant country cabin feel to it. All the conveniences of home. Beds are comfy, the kitchen was stocked, But of course the big attraction for us was the pool and hot tub! We spent most days by the pool and had a blast!! I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone, but especially families!

Great Sonora getaway!

Perfect stay for our annual family gathering! The house was plenty spacious for adults and kids, the pool was a much-needed amenity to cool off in the 100-degree temps, and the area was very fun for exploring. The big kitchen made it very easy for cooking family meals, and with four bedrooms + the game room and office, we had ample sleeping space. The A/C kept us cool during a very hot stretch. In our few days here, we loved strolling through the town of Sonora, exploring historic Columbia, visiting the Moaning Caverns and Angels Camp, and also a nice drive up to Pinecrest Lake, which is so scenic and very refreshing. The property is very private and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. In all, a wonderful stay in a beautiful area with plenty to do (for all ages).

Great COVID getaway

This was our second year coming to this house and it's been a lifesaver during the pandemic. We have family in Twain Harte and Sonora so we can have my parents and my brother and his family come to the house after our nine and six year old niece finish their online schooling in the mornings. It's great to have a private pool and the space to eat lunch and dinner with older grandparents, two unvaxed children and our unvaxed infant, who is seven months old, and feel safe. The house itself is really well equipped for family fun and Veronica the property manager is extremely responsive and helpful.

Your Own Private Paradise

Great home with lots of amenities to keep adults and keeps entertained and pampered. So many fun activities from video games, pool table, ping pong, archery, and more. But we didn't even get a chance to do that because we were so enthralled with the pool and hot tub. The property is quite large so you feel like you're escaping to a private retreat. However, many stores and attractions are within a 10-20 minute should you need anything. Highly recommended for groups with kids as the place is large enough to accommodate multiple people while still providing privacy.

Great family weekend

Great property, feels secluded but close to town. House has plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or to retreat to their own space if wanted. Host was quick to respond and super appreciative of our feedback. Only recommendation would be to supply more towels, one per person meant we were waiting on laundry for showers on day 2, 3 and 4 of our trip. With laundering fees and guest fees over 6 people we definitely expected enough towels for our party of 11 for pool and showering. Overall- great trip, nice owner and thanks to the pool guy who visited once during our stay and helped with some of the pool features. Would return again!

Very comfortable

The property is great and very relaxing. The outdoor spaces are really nice. We had three minor issues. The indoor freezer was full of food when we arrived with no room for our food. The office sofa bed was had not been cleaned recently so we didn't feel we could use it. The hot tub heating instructions were scattered and hard to follow, spanning multiple pages. Those could be better, but we eventually figured it out.. I would stay here again though, it was nice

Great Place!

We stayed at this property for 4 days and I wish we would have stayed a couple more days. The house is huge and has a lot of usable space for people to hang out and relax. There is a great upstairs living room with a pool table and an area just for the kids. We stayed there with our family (two little kids 2 and 5), a teenager, and a few adults and it had everything we needed for everyone. Everything shown in the listing was there and easy to find. The pool and hot tub worked great and there was a beautiful view out each window. We spent most of our time at the pool since it was hot out but when we walked around the property there were a lot of things to do. Hiking areas and a target for bows (that we saw in the garage). We will definitely be staying here again for more time so we have time to explore the surrounding areas, since we didn't leave the house cause we had everything we needed.

Fun Relaxing Stay

My husband, son, myself and our pups had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Lake - Cedar Ridge home. This home and property is beautiful. The home is large, clean, plenty of space, comfortable, private, had everything we needed and then some. You are in the hills surrounded by trees and wildlife but shopping and food areas are just a 5-10 minute car ride. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool during the day and the TV/game room at night - watching movies and playing pool. We saw deer and wild turkeys daily, even a mama turkey with quite a few babies. They hang around the area but don't bother you. We stayed for 5 nights and only went somewhere else 1 day. There was so much to do and its so relaxing, we enjoyed just staying at the house. The internet works great (I had to work some and we were streaming but never had any issue) It was hot while we where there and the AC kept us cool both up and down stairs. Veronica is a great host, always available, and check-in and out is as easy as can be. It was a great stay and I would definitely like to go back and bring more of the family next time!
