Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Community is on a chiller/boiler system.

Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

*Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community's common areas. This includes the sidewalks, parking lot, gate doors, pool/hot tub, laundry room and office.

Cozy and clean

Enjoyed our time in this rental. Super clean, new furniture, new carpet, very comfy bed. For a week long rental, we do think toilet paper should be supplied! However, there were many little perks that you do not usually receive...free popcorn, coffee in the lobby, daily deals for some local resataurants. Staff members are amazing, friendly and efficient. Alizia (sp) was lovely, and took great care of us. Would recommend for a week long stay to a few months winter escape. Great location, right beside massive green space in Scottsdale. Enjoyed our time!

Not a King Size Bed!!

Great location, clean, and very easy communication—BUT—we specifically made a reservation for an apartment with a king bed because my partner is a very tall man, and we got a bed that was *maybe* a double. I have photos…not sure I can add them. Looks like it was once a king but had been replaced. If we had been staying longer we would have needed to move; as it was we got in very late (no one in office) and left early so there was not point. But. Ouch.

Nice place to stay with convenient location!

Within walking distance to a few restaurants/tavern and very short drive to grocery. Clean property and friendly staff and guests.

Location was good. Enjoyed proximity to park. They changed the lock without telling us which was very inconvenient coming home late without staff on site.

Great location for SF Giants Spring Training

Very quiet property, security and gated. Nothing fancy but super clean. We were very pleased to be 2 miles from ballpark and central to Scottsdale restaurants. Would stay here again for sure, maybe next year...

Very clean secure suite

We were there in Mid February of 2018. We loved that our unit's balcony faced the park. We also liked that the complex was gated. A large T.V in the living room and also a T.V in the bedroom. Very clean unit. The 2 things we did not like was that there were no in suite washer and dryer(there were community washer and dryers ) also no condiments like salt and pepper shakers, ketchup, mustard coffee filters etc... In that regards it was bare bones. We are used to having these items as part of most VRBO's. Overall a very nice place to stay.
