About this property

Ocean View -5th Floor-2 Balconies, Space X Launches, 180-degree views East-West

Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 5th floor unit has an ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated.

*****NOTICE 4-1-25******
There is construction of a new 500 room hotel and conference center being built on the property across the street to the north. The new Westin Hotel will take 1-2 more years to complete the construction. The planned opening is in 2027. There will be construction noises from time to time and sometimes at odd hours. Our complex monitors their activity and will notify us of unusual issues or events. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.

Our unit has been recently updated, and are fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment.

The Oceanfront Complex has the following:
Direct access to the beach.
Large heated pool with neighboring hot tub.
Recreation room with kitchen and library.
Tennis Court, Pickleball court
Plenty of parking.

Washer and dryer, plus iron and board.
Patio furniture plus portable hammock.
Front closet full of beach toys and chairs.
Entertainment center with books, games and puzzles.
Binoculars for rocket launches.
Kitchen includes all major appliances plus...
Coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster etc,
Complex has wireless network, modems in the unit.

Activities: Any and all water sports are available.
Golf and miniature golf are available.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you return all 3 key rings to the kitchen rack.
Please make sure to re-set any TV to the original settings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must abide by the Sandcastles condo rules and guidelines, posted in the unit. There are 3 sets of keys in the kitchen. Lost keys are $50.
HOA rules prohibit any pets larger than 30 lbs. There is a dog park at Lori Wilson Park. No pets are allowed on our part of the beach.
Please reset our TV system setup if you change it. Use HDMI1 for the Cable cord connection.

We really enjoyed the condo. You can see two launch pads from the balcony, we didn’t watch any launches from the balcony but you would definitely be able to see a launch. My kids loved the beach and the heated pool. Thanks for a great stay!

This was perfect location on the beach and the condo amenities thought of everything needed to come in, drop your bags, and head out to the ocean. My family and I enjoyed being beach bums for the weekend and the condo wa stir perfect, quiet, and relaxing spot to do so.

This place has everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked, everything necessary for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc). The binoculars were a great plus! We would definitely return!
