Brand-new, clean boho-chic with bright & open interiors, a year-round summer breeze and the sounds of the Atlantic.

Cocoa Boho is a newly constructed guest home - 2min walk to public beach access, 1.5 miles away from Downtown.

If you're booking your next girls trip, poolside retreat or theme park crowd beach escape, Cocoa Boho is that vibe.

The space:
The newly constructed apartment offers a queen bed and a sofa bed and can host up to four people. Featuring a shared, heated plunge pool and outdoor shower with a large patio including a bar, multiple tables, a park style charcoal grill, fire pit, multiple lounging chairs and outdoor games. The shared rooftop deck is equipped with a table and benches, multiple hammocks and boasts panoramic views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Public beach access is one block away and Downtown Cocoa Beach is 1.5 miles away. Beach cruiser bicycles are available for use.

Private Second-Floor Guest Suite:
- BEDROOM: Queen-sized Tempurpedic bed, large flatscreen TV with Hulu Live cable, Netflix, Prime, and a large closet.
- BATHROOM: A soaking tub and shower, toiletries, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror.
- KITCHEN: Medium-sized refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven, portable electric double burner stovetop, microwave, full sink, Keurig, electric tea kettle, plenty of counter space, and four bar stools.
- LIVING ROOM: Queen-sized pull-out couch, two chairs, a big-screen TV with Hulu Live cable, Netflix, Prime, board games and a small library.
- BALCONY: Off the bedroom is a small table with two chairs overlooking the backyard and pool setting.
- AVAILABLE: Two beach cruiser bicycles, two beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, two beach umbrellas, a small soft cooler, and beach and pool toys
- A pack-n-play crib and high chair are available if needed.

The private-entrance guest suite is located directly behind the host's primary residence so they are always available for help or local travel advice.

The accommodations were just as pictured. Comfortable & beautiful 1-bedroom. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooftop sitting area was fantastic with amazing sunset views. The host had plenty of beach items to use. The family dog was a bonus, so very sweet. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is a nice private property. It is a shared property with the Vrbo being the guest house in the back yard. The rooftop deck was really cool for watching a rocket launch. The yard was overgrown and did not make it welcoming to get to all the amenities like the hammock, grill, picnic table, fire pit, etc.

This place was so lovely! We wish we had more time to stay. We were super close to the beautiful beach which made it the perfect stay. The hosts were so nice and accommodating, the property was spotless and the dog was the cherry on top of the cake. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for two

The owners made it easy to check in and out. It was just me and my daughter. Although the pool and rooftop area are shared with the owners, they only briefly used the pool once, without any interruption to our plan. They provided all of the amenities and really have quite a special place! It’s so close to the beach!! Highly recommend!

Quiet Area

We loved the short walk to a quiet beach from this apartment. The beach felt almost private. The town of Cocoa Beach has a lot of nice, quaint restaurants and shops. Felt very quiet and peaceful. It was also helpful that the property owner supplied beach chairs, beach blankets and umbrellas. We flew in for a few days from Buffalo and there’s not an easy way to bring all of that down!

Great spot in Cocoa Beach!

This property was the perfect size for the two of us, had so many amenities, and great walking or biking distance to Downtown! The beach was a 2.5 block walk away, and Carly and Lee had everything we needed for a day at the beach — wagon, umbrella, chairs, soft cooler. Only place I will stay in cocoa beach! December getaway

My husband and six year old daughter escaped the cold Minnesota weather to spend a couple of days at Cocoa Boho. The accommodations were beautiful and the space was perfect for the three of us. The rooftop balcony was my favorite but my daughter and husband loved that the backyard had a pool. Great location and a very easy walk to the beach. Communication with Carly was very easy and the extra amenities offered were great! We would definitely stay again!
