Peaceful home in the hills of Bella Vista near the extensive Sugar Creek biking and hiking trails!

The historic Bentonville Square is just ten miles away, as well as Crystal Bridges, the Momentary, Slaughter Pen Trails, and Coler Mountain trails.

The house is on a quiet circle street with friendly neighbors and a wooded lot across the street. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the side patio surrounded by nature! There is a locked storage shed for bikes and any outdoor gear!
