Welcome to the perfect place to stay for your next Florida or Disney vacations.

Our property features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kids room as 2 twin beds and a beautifull mickey mural that will put your kids in the disney magic from the time they walk in !

The second bedroom as a Queen size bed, a 32 inch TV. This bedroom is located on the second floor as well as our Mickey Mouse bathroom, which is modernly decorated and suits adults and childrens taste. All Mattresses as been replaced in the last year and are very comfy !

On the first floor, there is our living room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed) and a 46 inch plasma TV with DVD and HD cable. We also offer long distance call nationwide (USA and Canada) for free.

The kitchen table can easily sit 7 persons and fits in our modern decor.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need in order to be able to feed all your guests. It is also decorated with a nice backsplash and pendant light. There is as well a dishwasher in order to make you stay easier.

There is a washing machine and a dryer in our unit.

We also provide a free High chair, Playard (crib), a toddler foldable bed, an umbrella stroller and safety barrier for them to have a comfortable stay and for you to travel light.

We also have a cooler, swim aid, a baby flotable seat for the pool and a few toys to make your stay more enjoyable !

The community is rated 5* and is one of the best around Disney. It does offer security 24/7. A huge heated pool with lounge chairs. A splash park (New in 2014 !!), paddle boats, Pool tables, gym, basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court. a nice playard for the kids ... It is paradise !!!

The unit has been freshly paint in 2022 and all new furniture has been put in place in 2022 along with 2022 appliances !

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The unit and property were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Our host communicated clearly before arrival and throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The unit felt like a home away from home. The only minor drawback was that the kitchen could have been better equipped with a few extra items, such as a large glass mixing bowl and a baking dish. Since we stayed for a week and planned to cook some meals, having those items available would have been helpful.Overall, our experience was outstanding. I would gladly give this property a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

It was great place for our family. The pool area was great and it is close to Disney for a trips there. The house was very clean and the host was great for answering any and all questions. The only minor complaint we had was that some of the outlets didn’t work.

Our kids loved the amenities at the clubhouse and pool area. They also enjoyed the little lake and we saw several large turtles. All of the neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely stay at Seven We’re definitely Village again.

We stayed here for 6 nights ! Conveniently located to everything we needed with all the stores and restaurants near. Checking in was terrible the security guard-head guy interrogated me I did NOT feel welcomed initially. He questioned if I was suppose to be there after showing proof and telling him I am. Then denied my entry. Once I returned I spoke with property manager and access was granted. One of their property rules is no aggressive behavior to staff. Which seems like it gives them an excuse to be rude to guests, never stayed somewhere that had to outline how to treat others. House was nice, couch could be cleaned and was old. We had small children so we had to be mindful. The blinds were broken, host tried covering it up with drape. Very unpleasant to look at. Also replacing what you use for next guest shouldn’t be my responsibility if I’m being honest per the rules. However, the amenities and tiki bar was great! Never any issues there. Very quiet community would def recommend the property for any future stays!

Hi, we appreciated you took time to post a review. To give everyone a bit more context, the guest showed up with two dogs unannounced while there is a very specific rules about animals that are prohibited in our home and in the HOA also which made obviously the check in process more complicated. Otherwise check in is always very smooth :)

Quick weekend getaway was amazing at this property. We had a 1 1/2 year old and they had a high chair, stroller and pack and play for us to use. Plenty of towels (pool towels as well). Kitchen very well stocked. Absolutely loved the pool area. My grandchildren loved the water park. Also very good security. Thank you for sharing your clean and beautiful home with us.

Very comfortable and beautiful unit with tasteful updates (such as the flooring- it was great!). Great location within the gated community- close to the pool, clubhouse and fitness center (but not too close - no outside noises to speak of). Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.

It is great went to Rock the Universe for the weekend and the beds were so great and comfortable after a long long day at Universal and concerts til 1am to go back to this great condo and sleep in amazingly comfortable beds was quite a blessing great place

Great and Convenient

Our family loved the place and location. The rooms were great and the decor was fun for our kids to get them even more excited for Disney! We also appreciated the communication from the owners and the amenities like pack and play and stroller that were offered (that was super helpful for us to not have to pack). Truly no complaints about this one!

We are Disney's lovers and like to visit the parks as often as possible and simply enjoy what florida as to offer. We are canadians and purchase the property in 2013 and are looking forward to shared our little paradise with other families that are looking to enjoy either Disney or all the attractions Florida is giving us. I am french speaking witch means that you can contact me in french or english. You might notice as well some english mistakes because itsn't my main language ! Please forgive me for those mistakes ! Hope you enjoyed your visit as much as we enjoyed decorating it !

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy at the seven dwarfs villas after visiting other community and realizing that nothing beat seven dwarfs. The location is perfect. The community is gated with a guarded 24/7. The community is so well maintened and all the amenities are just in top condition. The villas are very confortable, spacious and we make sure to maintained it will. We also tryed decorating it to make it more confortable for our guests and make their Disney experience much better !!

What makes this property unique

As you can read in reviews from previous travelers that speaks for themself, it is very important for us to always keep our unit in top condition. It is my only rental unit and I take very seriously the comfort of our guests. All mattresses are less than 1 years old, brand new washer and dryer !
As you can see our calendar does get booked very quickly, If you feel you just found your Disney's paradise in our home you will have to be quick ;)
