This home was exactly as described and perfect for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the host was always very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing place to stay

Review Title: Perfect Beach Getaway for Large Groups Our group of 16 traveled down from Kentucky, and Magnolia Retreat provided more than enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. The house itself is incredible, and the amenities truly exceeded our expectations. Having access to the golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze, which was a huge convenience for our large group. Everything was spotless upon arrival, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere provided the perfect beach vacation feel. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a beautiful place to stay in Miramar Beach.

Amazing family vacation!

We had an amazing time at Magnolia Retreat! Our party consisted of 12 people, ranging in age from 6 months to 57 and there was something for everyone to do. From the arcade games, pool table, gorgeous kitchen to the golf cart, there was something special for everyone. The house was so well taken care of and Alex and his team were great to work with. Every couple loved having their own luxury bedroom and bathroom. And we loved the proximity to the beach. We highly recommend a stay at Magnolia Retreat! We would love to stay again!

Good! Had a minor issue!

Loved the golf cart, and bikes! The beds were also AMAZING:) it was very spacious and a beautiful home. The furniture on first floor in living room was quite dirty but didn’t bother us but wanted future guests to know incase that kinda stuff bothers them. We did have a mold issue on the 3rd floor king suit that did get fixed the next day and cleaned. I was just told I would get a $200 refund back for the inconvenience. But never got a email or any further communication from them, and I’ve reached out.

Property was clean with great sleeping accommodations and beautiful decorating. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was a few repairs needed but the staff address them promptly. We would use this property again.

5/5 Stars - Phenomenal Stay in Miramar Beach!We had a wonderful time and an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home in Miramar Beach! The house itself was incredibly spacious, well-kept, and easily accommodated our entire group.The community felt very safe and had a great vacation vibe, with plenty of other friendly travelers renting in the area. We spent a lot of time at the community pool, which was in perfect, close proximity to the house. The bikes were a blast to ride around, and having the golf cart came in so handy for getting around the neighborhood!Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. We were close to some fantastic restaurants, and we even managed to do an excursion out to Crab Island, which was a huge highlight of our trip. While the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could need, we actually ended up eating out most of the time because the local dining options were so good.A special shoutout to our host, Alex! He was fantastic, super attentive, and whenever we had specific questions, he made sure they were answered thoroughly and properly.We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay!

Staying with Destin Dreamers was amazing. I was nervous booking on VRBO as I typically go through vacation rental companies. I was so impressed with the communication before our stay and during our stay. The house was clean and beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place!
