Lovely quiet complex, beautifully landscaped and gardened with some nearby restaurants and supermarkets. We spent quite a bit of our time in UK October half term at the 2nd pool closest to the apartment… and always had it completely to ourselves! Recommend Tapas at Bar Brothers by the Tennis club. A great spot for exploring Marbella and surrounds with secure parking for the hire car. Clean apartment with coffee machine and nice outside space and furniture. Internet good in the living area for streaming films. Great shower and good supportive mattress in the double room too. Recommend!

Nice apartment in a great complex

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to a road which is quite noisy sometimes. We had a few rainy days while we were there and a blind in the kitchen would make it feel more cosy in the evenings as the lights outside are always on. Everything is there otherwise for a lovely holiday. Nice towels ( for pool too ) linen all kitchen things good and nice to be left groceries and a friendly touch with 2small bottles wine Thankyou

Smart little apartment in great quiet location

This was a fantastic apartment in a very convenient location to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Well equipped for 4 people. It is on the ground floor, was very clean, and has a lovely terrace and small garden adjacent to a road (although busy at times, the noise did not interfere with our enjoyment.) The complex is quiet (exactly what we wanted!) and we had secure car parking very close by. A bonus is that one of the complex pools is located less than 50m from the apartment, we're only sorry we didn't have time for a swim. There are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within a few minutes walk or short drive. The owner was very helpful and ensured our short stay went smoothly. We shall definitely rebook for future visits.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and the new aircon is a blessing. It's a great apartment with plenty of room, and the location is A1. As some others have mentioned in feedback, the only things missing are a few soft furnishings, softer lighting (some lamps in the living room), and some more wall art. Aside from that, there's nothing to dislike about the place. We'll be back, I'm certain.

Thanks for your visit Steve, and your comments. We actually thought that we had lots of art, with 2 paintings in the lounge and also both bedrooms. Please feel free to let me know where you suggest is lacking. We also have throw cushions on all three beds and the sofas. I will look into additional lamps, but you can switch off the lounge lights and just use the lighting from the entrance hall or breakfast bar area if you find the main light too much. I guess it is just a case of different people having different tastes. From our side, we know that too much clutter is not a good thing in a rental property, especially with different guests each week. So glad you enjoyed your holiday.

Without a doubt the worst guest ever. Arrived with unapproved 2 pets.. we allow one, not 2. The apartment was left in such a dirty state... towels ruined with make-up.. bags of rubbish ... dog hairs all over beds, we have the photos to prove it. They tried to cook in a glass jug Of course it broke with the boiling water. In 20 years renting, we have met some lovely people. These I am afraid were some of the worst. Animals would leave an apartment in better condition. Didn’t reply to our messages.. but late at night starts sending messages because HE didn’t have a nextflix account... Claiming that the gardeners broke into his apartment when the security shows he left the door open... Don't rent your property to these people.
