Enjoy the natural beauty and unique experiences the Outer Cape has to offer. Take in the sandy beaches during the day, exceptional local restaurants in the evening, and relax in our completely renovated home at night. This retreat will be your home while you explore Cape Cod and the natural beauty it has to offer.

WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE GET AWAY!

~ Wake up in the morning, put on a pot of coffee, and relax in the sunroom while warm sunlight pours through the giant picture windows. Breakfast on the patio on those warm summer mornings never disappoints.

~ When ready, help yourself to the complimentary beach chairs and toys and stroll down a quiet street to South Sunken Meadow beach, just 7/10 of a mile away. There is a wagon to cart your items or simply grab a towel and hop on one of the two bicycles we offer.

~ After a day frolicking in the waves, wash away the sand between your toes in the large outside shower or one of our two bathrooms (one upstairs / one downstairs).

- Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare gourmet meals with local ingredients. There’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the feast at the dinner table with seating for eight in either the dining room or outside on the patio.

- Finally, end the evening with a glass of wine and take the chill off a cool night by curling up in the living room next to the gas log fireplace. Or, kick back under a blanket of Cape Cod stars while roasting s'mores over the outdoor fire pit.

- This home is perfectly suited for the days you feel like "hanging inside.” You can challenge your friends/family to a ping pong tournament, cozy-up with a good book in the sun-drenched family room, kick back and watch a movie or sports game on the 55” Smart HDTV, try your hand at a puzzle or engage in family game day/night around the dining room table. There are plenty of games, books and jigsaw puzzles to choose from.

- Eastham and the surrounding towns have some spectacular hiking and biking trails. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile from the house and offers a 22 mile paved and picturesque bike trail with restaurants and shops along the way.

- There are two "must do's" when visiting our neighborhood; you must experience low tide and you must pull up a beach chair and witness an Eastham sunset. It's a different show every night and there are no reservations required!

We can’t wait to share our part of the Cape with you. It’s one of our favorite places in the world and we’ll do our best to help you experience the wonder of Eastham!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheri's house.The house is very clean, has a great layout and is very well located close to the beach, easy drive to restaurants and nearby towns. Overall a great option on the outer Cape!!

Truly a Cape Escape!

This home was perfect for our family! Great location, the layout of the house was so perfect for relaxing with privacy on the lower level for working remotely. We loved the fire pit and sunroom and the location was very convenient for the beach, biking and restaurants. We loved staying here!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our second stay at this house! The location is great for accessing Eastham’s beautiful bayside beaches and just a short drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore. The house had everything we needed for prepping meals and plenty of room for our party of 8 (ages 9-40). The finished basement is a nice space, but be sure whoever is planning to sleep down there is comfortable with a narrow spiral staircase.

Wonder place to stay

This was a great house. Perfect for our family and dogs. The home has everything you want at the Cape. Close to the bay beaches, we walked there every day. Beach equipment, bikes, and a fire pit were available for us. We had a great time, highly recommended!

Beautiful House with Great Yard

This is a clean, spacious house with walking distance to the beach. The yard is very large, fenced in, with nice amenities. Excellent communication by owner, who was responsive to any small needs that came up during our stay.

Family reunion

House was very clean, great communication with owners, kitchen was well supplied, showers were great and location was perfect. Queen beds very comfortable but we live in a tourist town in Colorado with VRBO and thought it was strange to have to rent linens as they are supplied with CO rentals. The basement area/bedroom was nice and private for my daughter. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Awesome property! We have been going to the Cape for many years and had previously rented this home when it was under different ownership. Sheri and Joe made some excellent additions to an already great Cape Escape. They are very accommodating to our family, including our furry son Chewy. Beautiful Touches Everywhere!

It is rare a property is even nicer than its photos let on. This home is immaculately kept with many beautiful touches and conveniences. Was staying with a cousin and her boyfriend as well as older aunt and my school age kids and we were all comfortable in the space despite our different needs. Nice amenities abound and communication from owner was very good. This was my family reunion week, but husband’s family has house in the area and we love the nearby beaches and shops. Would highly recommend.

The perfect family rental on Cape Cod!!!

We had an amazing week! This house checked all our boxes and exceeded expectations!! Sheri was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location, you're within walking distance to the bay side and a short easy drive to the ocean side. Everything was clean and easy to find. The backyard was perfect, it is fenced in which is great when you have young kids, and had everything from a fire pit, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower (perfect for right after the beach) and a shed with plenty of beach gear (and more)! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great house!

This house worked well for our multigenerational family. The house was clean, bright, and comfortable. We loved being able to get to the bayside beaches quickly and ended up falling in love with First Encounter, just a few minutes down the road. The back patio/yard was great for outdoor dinners and we loved using the fire pit for s’mores. Sheri was great with communication and quick to respond when we had a brief issue with the hot water. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Eastham!

The Perfect Vacation Home!

This house was in the perfect location, walking distance from the beach, and close to amazing beaches through a quick bike ride or drive. Stocked with all your beach gear, we did not have to worry about bringing beach chairs, umbrellas, or even bikes! The house was so clean and had enough space for our family! The kitchen was beautifully designed and had ample space to have multiple cooks in the kitchen! We loved the fireplace on those chilly mornings as we enjoyed our coffee in the living room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our tiny pups and we spent every night outside around the fire-pit, roasting s'mores and enjoying our company. Sheri was a quick text away and very responsive if we needed anything, which was very appreciative! This was truly the perfect vacation and a great way to get the family back together at the Cape, the way we used to! Thank you Sheri and Joe, we hope to stay again!

What a wonderful house and location. It was close to the beach (.7 mile walk) and having central AC was wonderful for our hot week. The owner was super responsive and even texted us to tell us about the local 4th of July fireworks.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area

This was a wonderful house for my family. It is in a great neighborhood conveniently located to Eastham and Wellfleet, with great beaches nearby. The house was extremely clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highlights of the house were the ping pong table, the firepit, the well equipped kitchen, and the outdoor shower. You have to bring your own sheets and towels, which is a little bit of a hassle, but that arrangement seems to be fairly common for Cape Cod rentals. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful house and everything that we needed was available from games and puzzles to beach chairs and toys. The house was very clean and had a great outside shower and fire pit. The house was even better than the pictures! Everything was very clean and all the house information was very organized. The AC kept the house very comfortable and the bright, open sunroom was a great place to gather and play games or do puzzles. We enjoyed watching the wildlife that came through the quiet, very private fenced in yard. Easy to bike or walk to the bay, too!

Cape cod and it's beauty

Sheri the owner was awesome. Answered all questions promptly. Loved the Booklet she had sharing eateries, places to go, hiking trails, beaches, sunsets. For a first time visitor, this was very helpful. The house was immaculate upon arrival. Everything well thought out, all the necessities available. Beds are comfortable, plenty of room to move around. Beautiful fenced in large yard for our dogs. Loved the location. Shopping at Provincetown to the beautiful beaches at Nauset, Wellsfleet, centrally located, not long rides. Wonderful eateries nearby and bakeries. This was an amazing vacation, thanks to Sheri and Joe's beautiful home.

Another great year at Cape Escape

This is our 4th year staying here. The location is perfect. A short walk to the bay side to see beautiful sunsets and a short drive or bike ride to the ocean side. The house has everything you need, the owners are great. We are planning to come back next year because we love this place. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great spot on the Cape.

Feeling of nature with sunlight & love inside the beautiful house!

We fell in love with the stunning design inside of this Cape Escape House. Open concept- sunroom/dining//kitchen/living spaces are with a smokeless gas fireplace. High slanted ceilings with gorgeous lighting features! The yard is fenced in perfect for dogs complete with firepit and grill. Bonus- tucked in private areas with adironack chairs around the outside. Well thought-out and so full of warmth and love! We were happy to return from our fun filled excursions! Great set up for our babies-a sheltie and a cavalier. Thank you for sharing it with us!
