12 Very nice, clean, affortable,quiet, furnished centrally-located one-bedroom apartments in downtown area, close to the beach :bedroom, bathroom, kitchen , small living room, cooking facilities, King or Full, TV. hot water ,wifi 24 h/day included, beautiful tropical garden, quiet, safe at 4 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mexican Caribbean sea, local market half a block away.Close to supermarkets, banks,restaurants, shopping. Perfect for retired people,( most of our customers) divers, honey-mooners. Reasonable rates,stay at our apartment for one day, a week or month- special long term rates for long people. Come and visit us soon!

Clean but definitely not near the beach! 4 miles away!

Where the locals live so safe and convenient. Although you hear dogs barking and roosters crowing.

Trisha, we are NOT 4 miles from the beach, we are 250 M, or 4 blocks away from the beach! We are very centrally located as well, please read our other 56 reviuews about location. May be you are confused with 4 miles From your favorite beach!! I tried to explain, you that before,.... Thank you for your stay though! Philippe & Delffi

Since we are local,we live at a block from our propertyand we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our units are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home ! We speak fluently Spanish,Dutch, English and French.
