966 square ft private home, close to the beach but away from the downtown noise

Beautifully decorated home with fenced in back yard, fire pit and private hot tub!!! Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom behind walk in closet, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a full size sleeper couch - all mattresses and couch purchased new in 2017. Dining table seats 6. Room in driveway for 2 cars with room in front of house for a third car. House is located on a quiet street just a 10 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, amusement park and of course the ocean!!

We fell in love with OOB taking our 2 kids on day trips from New Hampshire on the Downeaster Train. We love owning this charming bungalow and sharing it with other families.

Why they chose this property

This house is in the perfect location in Old Orchard Beach, so close to the heart of OOB, the pier, shops and restaurants, plus the beautiful beach that stretches out for miles on both sides of the pier. Although less than 10 minutes away from the busy downtown area, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, you get the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

The house is perfect for a family, very comfortable at 966 square feet and a nice size back yard with a furnished deck and hot tub. Hard wood floors throughout and all modern appliances. It also has a comfortable front porch great for relaxing.
