House Manual
To use the heater: During the winter and spring, we have the heat on at all times. However, if it is too hot or cold, the temperature can be adjusted on the heater thermostat. Do not adjust the heat to a temperature higher than 75 degrees.
To use the air conditioner: The air conditioner is turned on at all times during the summer season only. However, if the weather becomes hot outside of this season, adjust the temperature on the thermostat to your individual preference. Do not adjust the AC to a temperature lower than 73 degrees.
In the summer, we do get quite a few insects due to the bungalow being surrounded by woods. While we do our best to mitigate insects inside the home, there may be an insect or two that make it inside. Please be mindful of closing all doors when using the grill, or leaving the bungalow so that insects do not get inside.
