I live between NYC & Upstate NY.

Why they chose this property

I love the peace that comes from being immersed in a beautiful forest setting. I also love the proximity to both the Catskills and the Delaware River, lakes, farms, creative small businesses, and communities. The nearby towns offer plenty of things to do, from music and art festivals to quality dining, interesting retail, and unique activities. It is a vibrant community.

What makes this property unique

Sleek and functional architecture, in a mature forest setting. Secluded but also included.
