Clean room, close to beach, but the room could use improvements. A table with chairs could be added. Hooks for clothes/towels in the bathroom should be added. Some utensils and plates for use of the microwave. All these additions would make it more appealing to more renters. All together it was nice being so close to the beach and clean.
