Villa Balea, a centrally located property with a beautiful secluded Mediterranean garden, with a large private pool, orange trees and lemon trees.

Villa Balea is a safe and modern accommodation. Family friendly. Private secluded pool and patio to the pool area. Secure parking. Burglar and fire alarms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.

NOTE! The separate apartment Studio Balea on the 2nd floor is not included within the price for Villa Balea, but Villa Balea and Studio Balea can be rented simultaneously. In total this makes 9 beds, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets with shower and 2 separate kitchen.

You can rent bedlinen and towels from us.

Wifi in all rooms and around the pool. Barbecue area and outdoor area with tables and chairs.

TV with English, Swedish and Norwegian channels. AppleTV, ChromeCast, AC.

Dishwasher in the kitchen. Behind the house you will find a laundry room and storage room.

Our key host Maria will welcome you when you arrive and can help with everything. She speaks however only Spanish :-) so you can reach me at any time for questions at +46 (0) 70 643 8918.

The surrounding area consists of mainly larger demarcated villas, most with swimming pool.

In the center of Ciudad Quesada there are grocery stores, other shops and banks. A number of restaurants and bars.

We can organise car transport from the airport to Villa Balea at your arrival, and at departure.

Villa Balea is within easy walking distance of Ciudad Quesada center.

To get around the region, it's best to rent a car, which we can help you with. Distance to the sea about 8 km, 15 minutes driving.

There are also a large number of cycle paths in the area.

Excellent villa and super location

Great villa. Air con in every room, lovely private pool not overlooked. Location is about 7-8 mins walk down to Quesada…villa is well stocked and WiFi works well which was a blessing for the kids!

The villa was well equipped and clean. The pool area was great and overall it was a very relaxing and chilled stay. 15min walk to the main street of Quesada. And 15min drive to Guadamar.

Loved our stay in Quesada. We know the area and think that this is a superb location to walk down to all of Quesadas numerous eating spots and bars. Easy drive to the beach too The villa itself is lovely with everything you’ll need for a stay in the sun. We had some issues with appliances when we were there and the owners could not have been more accommodating and resolved the problems in no time. A++++. Highly recommended

Lovely villa

The Villa was a good size for a family holiday. But the furniture was very dated, the Villa itself, needed updating. WiFi was a bit hit and miss, we found if we signed to the studio WiFi we got slightly better reception. Also lots of cupboards with glasses and dishes, but nowhere to put shopping away.

Enjoyed our stay it met all our needs as party of 7, beds were very comfortable having aircon in all rooms was perfect, pool was lovely and regular maintained, good bbq area and outside space Negative feedback is outside awning needs good clean and could do with more lighting around bbq when cooking in the evening, when locking up lots of key’s they need to be colour coded for each door lock as took awhile to suss out what keys for each door and last one would be fridge freezer too small for large group of adults We did enjoy our stay and would definitely use this villa again

Great Villa with optional 2 bed flat

I booked this villa for me and my family for a week as it was close to my friend and their families villa. Once booked, my friends villa booking fell through so I also booked the upstairs flat here so that my friends family could stay with us.Eva was very accommodating and changed the booking to include the upstairs double bed flat.The Villa including the flat easily accommodated all 8 of us with the place still feeling spacious.The swimming pool was great, a little cold due to the time of year, though the kids loved it.The furniture and decor is somewhat dated though in a traditional Spanish style which I prefer anyway.The beds are very comfortable with good mattresses and the area is very quite so sleeping was easy. The Villa and pool is very private with high walls on a decent size plot.I would definitely recommend this Villa for a large family or somebody who wants a quiet spacious place in a quiet area.

Good value and location

The villa was well equipped for 6 people. The pool area was well maintained. The aircon was in every room and worked well. The only bit of feedback I'd offer is the use of space in the kitchen - there is a LOT of cupboard space given over to random collections of sherry glasses etc and nowhere to put your food - we had it all just left on the side. The fridge is on the small side so don't try and stock up for a week, especially as some shelves are missing/broken in the door. That did not spoil what was a lovely week in Quesada. It's a really lively, yet family oriented, place. The villa is up a couple of fairly steep hills, not a problem for us and only a 10 minute walk to the town, but if you struggled with mobility you might want to consider a car. Though the taxis did a brisk trade taking people up and down the hills late at night! Everything was very clean and the important things (shower, beds, aircon) were new. Check in went smoothly. We didn't have to contact anyone but we had whatsapp details. We would stay again!

Haus hat eine gute Zimmerverteilung

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre) und einem Kleinkind ( 9 Monate) im Haus. Die Räunlichkeiten haben sehr gut gepasst. Allerdings war im Schrank nicht gespülte Gläser und Teller, was aber am Vormieter lag und nicht am Eigentümer. Hier gab es eine sehr gute Kommunikation. Da kein direkter Nachmieter nach uns kam und unser Flieger erst am frühen Abend ging, durften wir länger imHaus bleiben. Vielen Dank dafür! Bilder in der Anzeige und Haus sind identisch. Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen.

Our stay was for 3 generations of family, and the villa and studio suited our requirements perfectly. The pool and gardens were lovely. The villa provided all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need.

PERFECT FAMILY VILLA

Our stay at the Villa Balea was extremely enjoyable. The villa had every conceivable facility you could wish for. A particular mention to the beds which were very high quality. Eva and Ida were so accommodating. I would have no problem in highly recommending thos villa to friends, which I already have done. Looking forward to the next time.

We have spent 12 days in the villa and we liked it because it has everything to have a good vacation. At all times we were in perfect communication with the owner of the villa. Good cleaning, good mattresses, a little small fridge for the family of 6 but good for 2-3 persons.

Una bonita casa para unas vacaciones tranquilas. La zona exterior está muy bien, piscina, barbacoa, zona para comer, cenador y mucho espacio. La piscina impoluta. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, por poner un pero le falta algo de menaje en la cocina, había pocos cubiertos, tuvimos q comprar unos cuchillos. Un buen lugar para unas vacaciones en familia, muy adecuado para niños.
