Ocean Dunes is only .5 miles from Coligny and one of three condo buildings located directly on the oceanfront this close to Coligny. You can bike to Coligny or walk the beach and enjoy the scenery.

Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful first floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view makes getting to the beach with little ones a breeze! No need to wait for the elevator, just come on in and make yourself at home. Conveniently located a couple blocks from Coligny Plaza, shopping and entertainment. Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!
Closest 1 bedroom to the beach and a PTAC in the bedroom which Seaside Villas does not have.
The master bedroom has a brand new queen Memory Foam Mattress. We have 2 bunk beds for smaller children in the hallway.

The pool to the right of our balcony is for our use and enjoyment.

What is provided:

We provide 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided.

We can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children on the bunk beds. We do NOT have a sleeper sofa.

Just What We Wanted

This unit had everything we wanted. We could not be closer to the beach and pool. The balcony had a good view. The kitchen was just big enough, with a full sized refrigerator and plenty of plates and equipment. The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was convenient.
