Cristin was a great host and communicated very well throughout our stay. She was very accommodating to my large group, including our dog, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. The property was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. We had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

Fantastic host and beautiful property. Very responsive host! House itself has every single thing you could want. Lot's of room for everyone to stretch out, find a cozy niche, and enjoy the amazing views. Home was clean, well appointed, and on a working cattle ranch. Words cannot express how lovely this place is and how grateful we were to have spent time there.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We had a weekend couple getaway and this home was beautiful. Kristen was a wonderful host and attentive. She made us all feel so welcome. We love our stay here, and all agree that this place was one of the best homes we ever book for our annual couples trip. The scenery was breath taking and I love how private it was. Definitely booking this lovely home again in the future regardless if it’s another couples trip or family.

Great host. Cozy ranch style home with comfortable beds thoughout the entire house for all 14 of my familymembers. Wake up to beautiful scenery and take relaxing walks as well. We didn't want to leave.

The location is truly more spectacular than the photos. We had a big group and the space was perfect. I saw my friend's phone after we stayed there; it was 100 pictures of the sunset from the deck. This is on a ranch in a small community. When you enter and leave, you have to open and close gates to keep the animals in. The entrance might be confusing the first time, but I had no trouble. I considered all of that a positive! The area is beautiful. Horses walk around the property, but don't approach because of a fence and that second gate you closed. I hope my review does not 'spoil the surprise' of how nice this place is.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We met with the host when we first arrived and she gave us a grand tour. The home is beautiful and spacious. We had 10 people & there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfy & the sheets were soooo nice! Lots of windows let in an amazing amount of light and provide great views for sunrises and sunsets. There’s also a lot of land for walking/hiking around the property. We would definitely book again.

I had a group of 12 for wine tasting. Cristin met us at the door and showed us around. Cristin is very responsive to the chat bot of vrbo. The property is large and beautiful as well as close to several wineries. We plan on staying again.
