Free Moover shuttle to and from Mt Snow runs every 30 minutes, stops right in front, during ski season weekends and holidays. 3 full Bedrooms Plus a second family room with a comfortable Queen pullout. Amazing Clubhouse with Olympic size heated indoor pool, Exercise room with equipment, playroom for the kids. The 2400 sq ft, 3 level house features an indoor cedar wood paneled Sauna/Shower room . GAME ROOM!!! Two full Bathrooms plus a half-bath and extra shower. Recently re-furnished and carpeted, in great condition. Two family rooms(one for the kids-one for you!)/Wood burning Fireplace in the main floor family room(firewood provided at no charge) Flat screen smart TV's with Direct TV, Fast Fiber WiFi. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Easy access to the snowmobile and cross-country trails. Available for weekends, and ski weeks, NOT long term. Now is the time to reserve this terrific house. Other seasons: Spring and Summer-Golf, hiking (many State Parks in the area), mountain biking, wonderful lakes to swim and picnic, canoe and kyacks available to rent or launch,
and just relaxing in our extremely comfortable home, or use the Clubhouse facilities.
Fall--Leaf Peeping is amazing in our region, and there are numerous festivals at Mt.Snow and the surrounding area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove bed linens from bed that were used and bring down to laundry room along with towels. Shut off main water valve in the basement.
Please try to do a few laundries of towels and sheets before you leave, run dishwasher at least a few hours before departure and water turn off.
Please remove any trash from the house and deposit it in the dumpster located off of Queen Anne's Way. Place house key back in lock box.

We love skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, golfing and the fresh air and beautiful scenery in this part of Vermont. It's rewarding to us to allow others to have the chance to enjoy our home and location.
Why they chose this property
Great house, that every one of our renters love, in the premiere development at Mt.Snow. Very warm, comfortable and inviting. Private house, not a townhome-much more private. More like a Country home than a ski lodge. Nicely furnished, with Flat screen TV's, Internet, Direct TV, Amazon FireTV, Apple TV, Foosball, games, puzzles, X Box, and more. Sauna and shower in separate room downstairs.
Mt. Snow is the closest Vermont resort to NY City and Boston. There is so much to do in this Deerfield Valley besides downhill skiing. Cross Coutry skiing, hiking, great restaurants, snowmobiling right from the Kingswood trails, shopping in Wilmington or Manchester (35 minutes away), Stratton Mountain is close by. When the weather warms up we have two excellent golf courses minutes away, as well as Mountain biking, kayaking, walking trails, and more.

The free shuttle to and from Mt.Snow stops right in front of our house every 30 minutes. Great amenities, including Olympic size indoor heated pool, exercise room, activities for the kids. Our home has a great wood paneled indoor sauna and shower room. Beautiful wood burning fireplace, and we supply the wood! Less than 3 minute ride to Carinthia Parking lot. Five mintes to Mt.Snow and Hermitage club.
