The unit was clean and fit our needs for two overnights. Not really any outside space and close quarters if you have kids and need to spend a lot of time there. Kitchen could use more supplies (paper products- plates, napkins, paper towels) but we managed. There was a slight odor coming from an emergency exit in the hallway between bedrooms so we kept the bedroom doors shut. Plenty of beds for kids and adults and bathroom was very nice with plenty of towels, soaps, lotions, etc. Host was quick to respond to questions. Access is a spiral staircase so use caution with small children.
