This is a beautiful property with ample open space inside and outside. We did a lot of fishing off the dock, catching numerous fish. I would definitely recommend and will consider going back in the future. Also, great communication with the host!!

This house was as beautiful as the pictures! We went for a family trip and there were so many fun things for the kids to do. Amazing location, very short drive to the beach. Would love to come back for future vacations.

This was a great place to stay if you have your own boat. Be sure to secure trailer parking before going there though. Had an amazing time. Place is beautiful. Good communication with Trysten. Thank you.

house needs a little love and the garbage was left in the cans from the last guest, also lights were all over the place and some of the fans need to be replaced and the ac seemed to work to well or not well enough hard to find a comfortable temperature. but the location is is fantastic and over all enjoyed the place and weekend away.

A very bright, warm welcoming home with a great back deck and pool. Clean property and enough beds for a larger group. I loved walking out to the back deck and taking pictures with our group as well as enjoying the fire pit at night. I do recommend this property for larger groups!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our son swam the entire time of our two week visit. They are accommodating and respond very quickly. The house is beautiful and well cared for. We will definitely be returning here to stay!

Home was beautiful! Large indoor living space with beautiful furnishings and open floor plan allowed for lots of family fun! The outdoor space was amazing! Looks even better than the photos! Plenty of room to spread out with lots of seating and beautiful pool and hot tub. Went with extended family and a good time was had by all. We also enjoyed the kayaks. Saw a manatee and dolphins right at the end of the canal! Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous family vacation!

Wonderful home with amazing outdoor living space! Probably the best outdoor space we have ever experienced! We had kids from 5-18 and they all enjoyed. We cooked most nights in and used the grill. House is well situated relative to Bradenton Beach (3 miles) but we were there during Spring Break so had to watch the travel times to get to the beach. Enjoyed renting a boat but because of shallow waters in bay! Also did a sunset cruise and jet skiing. Home was overall well equipped. No beach chairs but we purchased and left a few and need some bigger pans for meals but overall still excellent home! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Cortez and really enjoyed the property. The waterfront location was fantastic for kayaking, fishing, and boating, and the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. The expansive outdoor space was one of the highlights of the house and a great place for our family to spend time together.Inside, the home is very well designed and in great condition. The open floor plan accommodated our family extremely well, while the nicely appointed bedrooms provided plenty of privacy and a comfortable place to retreat and relax.Communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were extremely responsive and quickly addressed the few minor hiccups we encountered, including a ceiling fan, key code, and pocket door. We also passed along some feedback about a few of the pool lights that weren’t functioning. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay. Our only suggestion would be to make communication available by text in addition to going through the VRBO app, which would make an already responsive experience even easier.Overall, a beautiful, thoughtfully designed waterfront home with fantastic outdoor space in a great location. We had a wonderful family stay and would definitely recommend it.

This house was perfect! When looking for a house we liked all the photos in the listing, but when we got there we were shocked at how beautiful it was. It is mucher larger than I thought and provided more than enough privacy for 6 adults. The house was VERY clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had questions for the owner and he responded within minutes and was very patient explaining how to light the grill and adjust the pool heat. I am not going to say anything about the backyard. I know you'll be as happy and shocked as we were and I'll leave it a surprise. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house Trysten.
