S. Forest Beach Condo next to the pool & 5 minute walk to the Beach!
Our condo is great for our family and it will be for yours too. It is a two bedroom on bath condo. There is a pool right next door to our unit and the beach access is an easy 5 minute walk. For those of you who are familiar with Hilton Head it is directly behind the Marriott Grand Ocean on South Forest Beach Drive. There is a full kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances. There are three flat screen tv's. One in the family room and one in each bedroom. We also have a smaller condo in Seaside which is one bedroom and ocean front. We bought this condo to accommodate are entire family.

Hi we purchased this condo because our boys are growing up and needed a larger place. We also own a one bedroom ocean front condo that sleeps 4 (bunkbeds in the hall) right on the ocean at Seaside. My family spends nearly 2 months out of the year here and are looking forward to making this condo our permanent home.
Why they chose this property
This condo is absolutely perfect. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach access has bathrooms and is on the Seapines side of the Grand Ocean.
