Located in East Hazel Crest, 1 minute drive away from i80 expressway, this delightful 1-bedroom apartment offers a cozy retreat for traveling professionals and guests for long stays. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the living room provides additional sleeping space with a twin bed (yellow chair) and queen bed (blue sofa). Enjoy amenities like heating, AC, an iron, a hairdryer, privacy and tranquility during your stay. Oh! Let’s not forget the porch! Where you can kick your feet up and enjoy a deer or two walking by saying hello. :) Packages (ex:Amazon) and food delivery (ex:DoorDash) are welcomed.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Vacuum rugs in the living room, bedroom, hallway and also the sofa and yellow chair.
- Power off TVs, and lights; turn off stove/oven; put iron/ironing board in the closet near the entry door.
- Gather bed linens and used towels place them in the hamper, which should be taken to the bathroom.
- Wash all dirty dishes.
- Remove trash bags from the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, and put them in the green waste bin outside.
- Lock the entry door on your way out.

The community here is very private and tranquil. Rarely any noise and the occasional deers give the scenery a great vibe.
What makes this property unique
It’s very close to the expressway and great dining but it also gives a rural private feel. Very peaceful.
