This spacious Lazy River 2 BR Penthouse Suite has an large open living room overlooking Breakwater Park Water Park. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room, a sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children under 12. Rare 2 full bathrooms.
Living room and all bedrooms include smart TVs . Kitchen, including small appliances, full size refrigerator, range/oven & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite full bath. Exterior rear courtyard for sun lounging, BBQ, Outdoor shower.
Central Air conditioning throughout. Second bedroom has two queen beds. has a double bed, furniture, smart TV . Living room has a Queen sleeper. Large roof deck with spiral staircase with sun lounge chairs Outdoor Shower and BBQ. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry . Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by FIOS . Each rental received a Town Wide Parking Tag for free meter parking any where in town or right in front of your Suite . Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 4 guests from 3 BR permits 6 guests, 4 BR permits up to 8 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30 . Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors.
$ 200.00 additional registration fee added to reservation and $ 59.00 Damage Protection Fee.. No Group Prom Rentals Please

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 4 adults guests an 2 children under 12.
